Our Swim Team Program
EXCEL Swim Team is an entry-level competitive program.
Swimmers train twice per week, 60 minutes long per class. Mini-Meets are held the last week of each session. While it is a Swim Team program, focus is on skill development and personal improvement.
This program is for those who are strong swimmers and are looking for more of a challenge than lessons provide. Swimmers entering the program should be able to swim 25 meters unassisted. (Excel Level 4 or Red Cross Level 8)

Practice Times:
Wednesdays from 4:45 to 5:45 PM & Saturdays from 8:30 to 9:30 AM
All practices take place at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre
Mini Meets will be held at the end of Session 1, Session 3 & Session 5

1) Sept 18th to Nov 2nd - No Practice Oct 12th $390
2) Nov 6th to Dec 21st - No Practice Nov 23rd, $390
3) Jan 8th to March 1st - No Practice Jan 25, Feb 8th & Feb 15th $390
4) March 19th to May 3rd - No Practice April 19th $390
5) May 7th to June 21st - No Practice May 10th, $390
